Need a book as stocking stuffer? Here’s what Chad Lejeune, PhD, had to say about my Erotic Integrity book:
“I just finished your book, and had to tell you how much I loved it! Your voice and personality come through so clearly in your writing– and you did just the right amount of self-disclosure– it was like getting to know you better. Just the sort of easy, intimate tone that clients need for looking at their sexual stuff.
I really liked the structure, both of the book as a whole, with chapters for each issue so readers know right where to go, but also within each chapter. The erotic discovery, acceptance, integrity formulation felt very CBT to me (in a good way).
I know you wrote it for clients, but this is also an awesome book for therapists. Each chapter gives a useful formulation of the issue and a sort of treatment plan. I’m already using some of your lingo in session. Most important, though, is the hopeful, nonjudgmental tone which makes it perfect for clients.
It may take a while, but once word gets around, I think this will be a classic in the field. Telling all my CBT people!”
